Our team worked with a U.S.-based client to build a mental health platform that combines brief peer support calls with social-emotional learning to make emotional support more accessible and affordable.
We started with a Discovery Stage to validate the concept, conduct user and market research, and define the scope of the MVP. This work helped the client reduce product risk, confirm the commercial viability of the idea, and develop a differentiated market position before investing in full-scale development.
Based on these insights, we designed the user experience and developed the iOS and Android applications along with a web-based admin panel.
The mobile app enables users to schedule 5-minute support calls, communicate through in-app chat, access educational videos and quizzes, and manage daily interactions through an integrated calendar.
To support future growth, we built a scalable backend architecture from the start, ensuring the platform could handle increasing usage and accommodate new features as the product evolved.
The client launched a polished MVP, validated the business model, and established a strong foundation for expanding the platform to both individual users and enterprise customers
